Unique
and Special Environment in which to Live
The natural look of logs enhance a home with their warmth and beauty.
We use lodgepole pine or spruce logs from the Rocky
Mountains to create a structurally sound, energy efficient log home
that will last for generations to come.
We
strive to meet the aesthetic and budgetary needs of every individual,
recognizing that building a log home is a collaborative process,
which depends on meaningful communication between homeowner and
contractor. We are proud of our continuing relationships with our
customers and value the trust placed in us by each homeowner as
we begin a new project. We understand that our customers want a
high quality home that fulfills their specific desires at a reasonable
cost. We work hard to create a home that will encompass all of the
items on your wish list, while staying within your budget.
We
are proud to represent Bridger
Mountain Log Homes, Inc. of Belgrade, Montana. Our relationship
with Bridger Mountain dates back to 1995 and we share their enthusiasm
and pride in producing quality, custom log structures. Vinton Construction
utilizes logs produced by Bridger Mountain Log Homes that meet exacting
standards for quality and dryness. There are three basic log package
types from which to choose:
Milled
and Pre-Cut
Swedish
coped, saddle notched logs, each carefully milled to a uniform diameter
of 7" to 12". Pre-cut products enhance the quality of
the final product. Window and Door openings are pre-cut, top wall
logs are cut to the roof pitch, bottom plate logs are flattened
to provide a wider seal from the exterior, all leaving little cutting
on site.
Handcrafted
Swedish coped, saddle notched logs
hand peeled leaving a non-uniform average diameter of 8" to
12".
Random
Length
Swedish
coped, saddle notched milled logs produced as a total lineal foot
package.
